University Awards is an annual awards ceremony held at University of Moratuwa, to recognize and appreciate the awards and recognition received by students and lecturers. The event is well-dressed with the presence of the Chancellor and other distinguished individuals in the University, as well as in the industry.

I received 5 university awards, which were an individual award and awards for Team Titans, for winning awards throughout the year, giving recognition to the University of Moratuwa and the industry. The following awards were received by me and my team.

1) Wimalasurendra Award - Highest GPA in the Faculty of Engineering (Semester 5)
2) Google I/O 2016 - Winners
3) CIMA Launchpad 2016 - 1st Runners Up
4)Yarl Geek Challenge Season 04 - 1st Runners Up
5) HackADev Impact Uva 2015 - 2nd Runners Up
