The problem statement for the application software requested an automated system to manage the resources within the university premises. We have developed a complete application that provides functionalities for allocating and managing all lendable resources ranging from vehicles, laboratories to projectors and other equipment.

The system keeps track of each resource in the database and once they are requested by any user, depending on the state of the resource and other governing policies, they will be allocated accordingly. And the resource managers with their level of access granted in accordance with their level of authority will handle the resource management & allocation functions.

The software will make requesting for resources much easier and less time consuming for the requesting parties. Resource managers will be able to better manage the resource allocation process. And it will pave way of efficient use of university resources through the well-organized allocation procedure.
