The competition started with many products and it was dropped down to 10 products at the end of the initial pitching of the competition. Soon afterwards, 4 teams for shortlisted for the final finale, and our team was one of those products. Finally the final pitch was done to a panel of three judges and our product emerged 1st Runners Up and many investors in the house reached to us, just by seeing the potential of this application. The product will be launched in near future and we are hoping to provide a valuable service to the society.

The CIMA LaunchPad gave valuable guidance by conducting workshops and other similar assistance to brush up our final pitches and proposals before moving in to the finals. CIMA LaunchPad is a wonderful platform all the entrepreneurs out their to come join hands and get their start up ideas up and running in no time.

 

Our product was viewed by many tech heads in the industry and they were all interested in the potential out product had. After a tough and exhausting competition we finally achieved our goal.

 

The Product: Find My Bus ( You are never lost)

 

“Find My Bus” is a GPS application which provides real time locations and the number of seats available in each bus travelling in Sri Lanka. The product uses minimal physical resource requirements but yet being a powerful and useful application in operation.
